A: PRO Interpreting Canada first opened in 2017, so we have over 7 years of experience providing outstanding interpreting and translation services to the Toronto area and across Canada.

A: Yes, all of our interpreters and translators are certified professionals who are native speakers in their language with extensive training. Many hold national certification such as CILISAT in Canada or through associations like the International Medical Interpreters Association (IMIA) for medical interpreters.

A: We offer in-person on-site interpreting, over-the-phone interpreting, video remote interpreting, as well as hybrid models blending on-site and remote support. We work closely with each client to determine the best solution to meet their needs.

A: Yes, PRO Interpreting Canada has expert translators available for translating documents such as legal contracts, medical records, websites, brochures, letters, and a wide variety of materials to and from over 200 languages. We adhere to strict quality assurance measures to verify accuracy.

Q: Are services provided 24/7 or only during business hours?

A: While our office is open Monday-Friday during regular business hours, we provide phone interpreting services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can arrange for emergency on-site interpreting after hours as needed as well. Our goal is to always be available when you need us.

A: For phone interpreting, we pride ourselves on connecting within minutes of receiving a request thanks to our large and skilled interpreter pool. For on-site interpreting and translation requests, we respond promptly and strive to accommodate requests with as little advance notice as possible based on availability.
